Welcome to Shelly’s happy heart! It is our pleasure to provide the services described below for your personal improvement and impact in accordance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you place an order with Life Coaching then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Shelly’s happy heart(Life Coaching). The terms of that contract are as set out here.
MEMBERSHIP
To use the Shelly’s happy heart Services you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and which may include payment through your account with a third party such as Stripe.
Self Study
Your Shelly’s happy heart
membership will be paid in full or in three monthly instalments and will begin on the first day of payment and continue with lifetime access.
One2One
Your Life membership will be paid in full or in three monthly instalments and will begin on the first day of payment and continue with lifetime access.
Trial Session
Your Shelly’s happy heart Trial Session membership will be paid in full and will begin on the first day of payment. Your Trial Session account will end one week after your Trial Session date.
LIVE SESSIONS
When booking live sessions with one of our coaches, we expect you to be on time, on Zoom as requested and fully prepared for your session using our One2One instructions to guide you for the One2One program, and using the guidance given in your email confirmation for the Trial Session.
We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to enable to the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours, you may be subject to cancellation fee and this will be calculated at our discretion happy hearts
